Q How do we pay for additional advertising banners or professionally written text?
A - You can use Paypal, Paypal is a safer, simpler way to send money and you can use other payment methods such a credit card or debit card. simply register at: www.paypal.com alternatively, you can arrange to pay using cheque or bacs payment. Q How many categories can I list my company under?
A - Your company can list under 10 categories. If you chose a parent sub category then you company will not show in the parent category, you will have to select this if you wish to list in both parent and sub category.
Q Tell me more about providing images for my advertisement?
A - We accept images in most file types, typically jpeg and gif files are preferred. Simply upload your company logo via your browser and our system will automatically re-size it.
Q What about using animated images?
A - Again we accept animated gif files. If you need help with designing an animated gif please complete the enquiry form above.
Q What's the deal with the suppliers news section?

Q Can we promote our Job Vacancies on Sterile Services?
THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY BEING UPGRADED
A - Yes, but you must register, you can do this by clicking on the Member Login tab above, then click on Register. Once your registration has been approved you will be able to login using your user name and password, go to the Members Menu (top left), then click Add a Job, finally complete the fields. Q Where do we list our business?
A - You can list your healthcare company via the UK Directory or International Directory and clicking: Add Entry or simply click on this button:
Q How do we edit or delete our entry (business) in the future?
A - you can do this by clicking on the Member Login tab above. Once you are logged in simply go to the business directory, select your business from a category then click the edit tab. You will need to agree the Terms and Conditions and re-send your entry, this will save changes. We will receive a notification at which point your feature will be checked for quality purposes.
Q How to report a business which no longer exists?
